Special Weather Statement issued June 16 at 11:15PM CDT by NWS Grand Forks ND

Patchy dense fog reducing visibility to around one-quarter mile
has developed across parts of northwest Minnesota. Travelers
should be prepared for rapidly deteriorating visibility, and to
use extra caution at intersections and railroad crossings through
the early morning hours Tuesday.
