* IMPACTS…At 13.0 feet, Lowland near the river is flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 8:30 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 11.5 feet.
– Forecast…The river will rise above flood stage tomorrow
morning to 13.5 feet tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall
below flood stage early Thursday morning.
– Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
