* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE…Portions of northeast and southeast Kentucky, including
the following counties, in northeast Kentucky, Martin. In
southeast Kentucky, Floyd, Knott, Leslie, Letcher, Perry and Pike.

* WHEN…Until midnight EDT tonight.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– Scattered showers and storms are expected to move through the
area over the next couple of hours, but are expected to clear
out by midnight.
