At 1245 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated a strong thunderstorm,
capable of producing winds to around 30 knots with additional storms
over land approaching the waters. This thunderstorm was located 7 nm
northwest of Ohare Airport, or 16 nm west of Wilmette Harbor, moving
northeast at 20 knots.

Locations impacted include…
Harrison-Dever Crib, Burnham Harbor, Hammond Marina, Wilmette Harbor,
Jackson Park Harbor, 31st Street Harbor, Monroe Harbor, Burns Harbor,
Belmont Harbor, Calumet Harbor, Marina Shores at Dune Harbor, and
59th Street Marina.
