* WHAT…Visibility of a quarter-mile or less in dense fog.

* WHERE…Coastal Waldo, Knox, Lincoln, Sagadahoc, and Coastal
Cumberland Counties.

* WHEN…Until 8 AM EDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS…Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Fog will develop overnight causing low
visibility. Fog will become less dense after daybreak Thursday,
dissipating through the morning hours.
