* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE…Cottonwood Creek at Guthrie.

* WHEN…Until just after midnight tonight.

* IMPACTS…At 20.0 feet, Cottonwood Creek reaches bankfull levels
or higher in a few places along the rural flood plain downstream
to the Cimarron River.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– There is no current observed data. The estimated stage at 7
AM CDT is 21.0 feet.
– Bankfull stage is 20.0 feet.
– Forecast…The Cottonwood Creek is near crest or cresting and
is expected to fall.
– Action stage is 20.0 feet.
– Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
