Flood Warning issued June 18 at 10:51PM CDT until June 25 at 4:00PM CDT by NWS Little Rock AR

…The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Arkansas…

White River At Des Arc affecting Prairie County.

White River At Augusta affecting Woodruff and White Counties.

White River At Clarendon affecting Arkansas and Monroe Counties.

For the Lower White River…including Newport, Augusta, Georgetown,
Des Arc, Clarendon…Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…White River at Des Arc.

* WHEN…Until Wednesday, June 25.

* IMPACTS…At 24.0 feet, Many acres of farmland flooded within the
levees. Water is backing up Bayou Des Arc and Cypress Bayou.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 10:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 25.0 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to fall below flood stage
late Tuesday morning and continue falling to 21.8 feet
Saturday, June 28.
– Flood stage is 24.0 feet.
