– At 1103 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
indicated heavy rain from recent thunderstorms has totaled 3
to 4 inches within the Irondequoit Creek Basin. Flooding is
already occurring in the warned area, including through the
Ellison Park. Rising waters may also impact the areas around
Blossom Road.
