seas 2 to 3 feet expected.

* WHERE…Cape Cod Bay and Massachusetts Bay and Ipswich Bay.

* WHEN…From 4 PM this afternoon to 8 PM EDT Friday.

* IMPACTS…Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Strongest wind gusts are expected to take
place on Friday. In addition…there is a risk for severe
thunderstorms late this afternoon.
