* WHERE…Portions of central, north central, northwest, southwest,
and west central Iowa.

* WHEN…From noon Friday to 9 PM CDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS…Heat related illnesses increase significantly during
extreme heat and high humidity events.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Heat impacts will be worsened by several
consecutive days of sweltering temperatures, with little relief
overnight as lows will only be in the upper 70s.
