* WHAT…Several days of dangerously hot conditions with heat index
values of 100 to 110 possible each day.

* WHERE…Portions of central, north central, northeast, south
central, and southeast Iowa.

* WHEN…From Saturday afternoon through Sunday evening.

* IMPACTS…Heat related illnesses increase significantly during
extreme heat and high humidity events.around 105 or higher possible

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Heat impacts will be worsened by several
consecutive days of sweltering temperatures, with little relief
overnight as lows will only be in the upper 70s.
