* IMPACTS…At 28.0 feet, minor lowland flooding occurs.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 8:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 27.5 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to remain between 27.0 and
27.8 feet through Monday.
– Action stage is 27.0 feet.
– Flood stage is 28.0 feet.
