Mississippi River Near Greenville affecting Washington, East
Carroll, Issaquena and Chicot Counties.

Mississippi River At Natchez affecting Adams, Wilkinson and
Concordia Counties.

Mississippi River At Vicksburg affecting Madison, Jefferson,
Warren, Tensas and Claiborne Counties.

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE…Mississippi River at Natchez.

* WHEN…Until Thursday, July 10.

* IMPACTS…At 47.0 feet, Water begins to enter the Carthage Point
Road area south of Natchez.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 9:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 46.6 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise to a crest of 47.2
feet Sunday, June 29.
– Action stage is 38.0 feet.
– Flood stage is 48.0 feet.
