…The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Kansas…

Cow Creek near Hutchinson affecting Rice and Reno Counties.

* WHAT…Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast. This approaches the flood of record.

* WHERE…Cow Creek near Hutchinson.

* WHEN…Until Sunday evening.

* IMPACTS…At 10.8 feet, The road floods at the intersection of
56th Ave and Pennington Rd. Wilson Road takes on water between
82nd Ave to 95th Ave.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 7:15 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 10.6 feet and rising.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise to a crest of 11.0
feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall below flood
stage Sunday morning.
– Flood stage is 9.5 feet.
