* WHAT…Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Neosho River near Parsons.

* WHEN…Until early tomorrow afternoon.

* IMPACTS…At 21.0 feet, Significant flooding of the flood plain
begins to occur affecting agricultural fields.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 7:30 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 21.4 feet and has
crested.
– Forecast…The river is expected to fall below flood stage
just after midnight tonight and continue falling to about 14
feet on Saturday morning.
– Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
