Flood Warning issued June 19 at 8:34PM CDT until June 20 at 8:30PM CDT by NWS Tulsa OK

…The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Oklahoma…

Bird Creek near Owasso-Mingo affecting Tulsa County.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE…Bird Creek near Owasso-Mingo.

* WHEN…Until tomorrow evening.

* IMPACTS…At 20.0 feet, moderate flooding occurs near 56th Street
North near Mingo Road. Mingo Road near 66th Street North may
become impassable. Access roads near the Oxley Nature Center at
Mohawk Park may be flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 8:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 18.7 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise to a crest of 20.0
feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below
flood stage early tomorrow afternoon.
– Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
