Flood Warning issued June 20 at 12:14AM CDT until June 20 at 8:00AM CDT by NWS Hastings NE

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE…A portion of central Nebraska, including the following
counties, Greeley and Valley.

* WHEN…Until 800 AM CDT Friday.

* IMPACTS…Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 1205 AM CDT, radar estimates that 2 to 4 inches fell
across the warned area from earlier thunderstorms. Emergency
management reports water from an area canal was causing water
to rise onto part of the Highway 11 and Highway 22 junction
area south of North Loup. Some area rural roads in the North
Loup and Davis Creek Wildlife Management areas were also
affected by water.
– No additional rainfall is expected tonight.
– Some locations that may experience flooding include…
Scotia, North Loup, and rural portions of southeast Valley
and southwest Greeley counties.
