– At 1205 AM CDT, radar estimates that 2 to 4 inches fell
across the warned area from earlier thunderstorms. Emergency
management reports water from an area canal was causing water
to rise onto part of the Highway 11 and Highway 22 junction
area south of North Loup. Some area rural roads in the North
Loup and Davis Creek Wildlife Management areas were also
affected by water.
