central Vermont, especially the east side of the Green Mountains.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and scattered power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…The core of the strongest winds will occur
between 6 AM and Noon on Friday across the advisory area.
