* WHAT…Life threatening waves of 4 to 6 feet and dangerous
currents are expected.

* WHERE…Sheboygan and Ozaukee Counties.

* WHEN…From 4 AM CDT Saturday through Saturday evening.

* IMPACTS…Dangerous swimming conditions are expected due to
high waves and onshore winds.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Highest waves expected for northern
Ozaukee County into Sheboygan counties. Areas south of Port
Washington down to Kenosha County will still see elevated
waves up to 4 feet and gusty winds resulting in Moderate Swim
Risk. Use caution if heading to a beach Saturday.

Kentucky survivors who experienced loss as the result of the April severe storms, straight-line winds, flooding, landslides and mudslides can still apply for FEMA assistance. President Donald J. Trump Increases Federal Cost Share for West Virginia WASHINGTON -- Senior Official Performing the Duties of the Administrator, David Richardson, announced that President Donald J. Trump made additional disaster assistance available to the state of West Virginia to supplement recovery efforts in the areas affected by a severe storm, straight-line winds, flooding, landslides and mudslides from Feb. 15-18, 2025. The President authorized the federal cost-share to be increased from 75% to 90% for applicable categories of public assistance. The major disaster declaration approved on February 26, 2025, made federal funding available for public assistance, hazard mitigation and other needs
