* WHAT…Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall continues.

* WHERE…Genesee county.

* WHEN…Until 1100 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is
occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 912 AM EDT, Trained weather spotters reported heavy rain
and flooding in the Otisville and Mount Morris areas.
– Rain has ended but runoff will take time to subside and the
Flood Advisory continues.
– Some additional locations that will experience flooding
include…
Flint, Flushing, Grand Blanc, Davison, Clio, Burton, Swartz
Creek, Goodrich, Montrose, Lennon, Otter Lake, Gaines,
Beecher, Crossroads Village, Genesee, Atlas, Rankin and
Thetford Township.
