Counties.

Neches River Near Neches affecting Anderson and Cherokee Counties.

For the Neches River…including Neches, Alto, Diboll, Rockland…
Moderate flooding is forecast.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Neches River at Rockland.

* WHEN…From Saturday afternoon to Tuesday morning.

* IMPACTS…At 26.0 feet, Minor lowland flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 8:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 25.1 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage
tomorrow afternoon to a crest of 26.3 feet early Sunday
afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early Monday
afternoon.
– Flood stage is 26.0 feet.
– Flood History…This crest compares to a previous crest of
26.4 feet on 04/01/2018.
