Red Flag Warning issued June 20 at 10:55PM MDT until June 22 at 12:00AM MDT by NWS Grand Junction CO

…Winds across the area have begun to diminish, therefore have
decided to cancel tonight’s Red Flag Warnings. Red Flag Warnings
remain in effect for most zones from 9AM to Midnight tomorrow, and
a Fire Weather Watch remains in effect for Sunday.

…RED FLAG WARNING IS CANCELLED FOR GUSTY WINDS, LOW RELATIVE
HUMIDITY AND DRY FUELS FOR FIRE WEATHER ZONE 485…

The National Weather Service in Grand Junction has cancelled the
Red Flag Warning.

* AFFECTED AREA…In Utah, Fire Weather Zone 485 Eastern Ashley
National Forest.

* TIMING…From 9 AM Saturday to midnight MDT Saturday night.

* WINDS…Southwest 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY…10 to 15 percent.

* IMPACTS…Fires will catch and spread quickly. Exercise
extreme caution with any outdoor burning.

Kentucky survivors who experienced loss as the result of the April severe storms, straight-line winds, flooding, landslides and mudslides can still apply for FEMA assistance. President Donald J. Trump Increases Federal Cost Share for West Virginia WASHINGTON -- Senior Official Performing the Duties of the Administrator, David Richardson, announced that President Donald J. Trump made additional disaster assistance available to the state of West Virginia to supplement recovery efforts in the areas affected by a severe storm, straight-line winds, flooding, landslides and mudslides from Feb. 15-18, 2025. The President authorized the federal cost-share to be increased from 75% to 90% for applicable categories of public assistance. The major disaster declaration approved on February 26, 2025, made federal funding available for public assistance, hazard mitigation and other needs
