Wind Advisory issued June 20 at 8:48PM PDT until June 21 at 3:00PM PDT by NWS Los Angeles/Oxnard CA

* WHAT…For the Wind Advisory, west winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts
up to 55 mph. For the High Wind Warning, northwest winds 30 to 40
mph with gusts up to 60 mph expected.

* WHERE…Western Antelope Valley Foothills.

* WHEN…For the Wind Advisory, until 3 PM PDT Saturday. For the
High Wind Warning, from 3 PM Saturday to 5 AM PDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS…Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles. Gusty winds will blow around
unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power
outages may result.

At 527 PM EDT/427 PM CDT/, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Springfield, or near Callaway, moving west at 10 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include...
