…The Flood Warning is extended for the following river and
location in Indiana…
White River at Elliston.
.Rainfall earlier this week brought new rises to area waterways.
Waters are cresting or receding at nearly all locations. Flooding
is now confined to the White River at Edwardsport in southwest
Indiana where the river is falling and expected to go below flood
stage no later than Sunday morning. Some locations on the Wabash
River are near bankfull but are seeing water levels falling.
Weather will be conducive to seeing water levels continuing to fall
and soils drying through Tuesday.
* WHAT…Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE…White River at Edwardsport.
* WHEN…Until tomorrow evening.
* IMPACTS…At 15.0 feet, Flooding of low agricultural fields
begin. Daviess CR 375 WN and North River Rd in Knox County
located inside the levees are flooded.

– At 7:00 PM EDT Saturday /6:00 PM CDT Saturday/ the stage was
15.4 feet.
– Recent Activity…The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 7:00 PM EDT Saturday /6:00 PM CDT Saturday/ was
15.8 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to fall below flood stage
tomorrow morning and continue falling and remain below flood
stage.
– Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
