Special Weather Statement issued June 21 at 8:44PM MDT by NWS Great Falls MT

A cold low pressure system may briefly drop snow levels down to
the valley floors of Southwest Montana late tonight into Sunday
morning. Areas along and south of interstate 90 will be most
susceptible to lower elevation snow between 4 and 9 am MDT.

Snowfall accumulations will generally be negligible due to warm
surface temperatures; however, areas above 5,000 feet of elevation
may receive localized snowfall amounts up to a couple inches over
grassy surfaces during the heaviest bands of precipitation,
especially in the Ennis and Dillon areas. There may also be brief
periods of visibility reductions down to a mile or less. Those
with travel plans over Southwest Montana should be prepared for
highly variable visibility and road conditions.
