Special Weather Statement issued June 22 at 8:23AM CDT by NWS Grand Forks ND

At 823 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Aneta, or 47 miles west of Grand Forks, moving north at 40 mph.

HAZARD…Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
possible.

Locations impacted include…
Larimore, Aneta, Sharon, Kloten, and Logan Center.
