* WHAT…North to northeast gap winds of 25 to 35 mph with gusts to
55 mph.

* WHERE…Portions of Lower Washington County including the I-15
corridor through Black Ridge Canyon along with Leeds, Toquerville,
La Verkin and Hurricane, in addition to the Beaver Dam Wash. This
does not include the city of St George.

* WHEN…Until 6 AM MDT early this morning.

* IMPACTS…Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and a few
power outages may result.
