* WHAT…Dangerously hot conditions with heat index values up to 110.

* WHERE…Adams, Cumberland, Dauphin, Franklin, Lancaster, Lebanon,
Perry, and York Counties.

* WHEN…Until 8 PM EDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS…Heat related illnesses increase significantly during
extreme heat and high humidity events. Heat impacts are likely in
most health systems, heat-sensitive industries and infrastructure.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…Heat index values will be highest on Monday
and Tuesday. The highest heat index will occur in the urban valley
locations. Temperatures in the 70s overnight will provide little
if any relief.
