Flash Flood Warning issued June 23 at 11:35PM CDT until June 24 at 2:45AM CDT by NWS Wichita KS

At 1135 PM CDT, local law enforcement reported flash flooding in
Hutchinson, with 6 to 10 inches of water flowing over streets in the
city. Between 3 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional
rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area.
Flash flooding is already occurring.

HAZARD…Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing
flash flooding.

SOURCE…Law enforcement reported.

IMPACT…Life threatening flash flooding of creeks and streams,
urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include…
Hutchinson, South Hutchinson, Inman, Buhler, Nickerson, Arlington,
Partridge, Abbyville, Willowbrook, Langdon and Hutchinson Airport.
