rainfall is expected.

* WHERE…A portion of southwest Nebraska, including the following
county, Lincoln.

* WHEN…Until 230 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 1118 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This is causing urban and small stream
flooding. Overflowing poor drainage areas have already caused
minor flooding in the advisory area.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
North Platte and North Platte Airport.
