the following counties, in central Nebraska, Howard. In south
central Nebraska, Adams, Buffalo, Franklin, Hall, Harlan, Kearney
and Phelps.
* WHEN…Until 530 AM CDT Thursday.
* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas,
along with possible flooding along small creeks/streams and rural
roads.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 1128 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
earlier and ongoing thunderstorms. Minor flooding is already
occurring in parts of the Advisory area. Between 1 and 4
inches of rain have already fallen over the last 6 to 12
hours, and an additional 1 to 2 inches are still possible
overnight into early Thursday morning.
