Flood Advisory issued June 25 at 11:35PM MDT until June 26 at 2:45AM MDT by NWS North Platte NE

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE…A portion of southwest Nebraska, including the following
counties, Keith, Lincoln and Perkins.

* WHEN…Until 245 AM MDT /345 AM CDT/.

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 1135 PM MDT /1235 AM CDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy
rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
North Platte, Sutherland, Hershey, Paxton, Sutherland
Reservoir State Recreation Area, Sarben, Lake Maloney State
Recreation Area, North Platte Airport, O’Fallons, Coker,
Birdwood, Nevens and Broganville.
