* IMPACTS…Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Low-water
crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. Expect
many areas of slow moving or standing water.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 1128 PM CDT, portions of the warned area remain in
flooding conditions. Area river, stream and creek gauging
stations continue to show a rise in water level.
– Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the
warned area late tonight into early Thursday morning.
