locally heavy rainfall.

* WHERE…Cedar River near Conesville.

* WHEN…From Monday evening until further notice.

* IMPACTS…At 15.0 feet, Water affects Saulsbury Road.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 8:00 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 12.5 feet.
– Forecast…Flood stage may be reached Monday evening.
