Flood Advisory issued June 27 at 6:53AM CDT until June 27 at 10:00AM CDT by NWS Mobile AL

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE…A portion of northwest Florida, including the following
county, Escambia.

* WHEN…Until 1000 AM CDT.

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Ponding of water in downtown Pensacola is imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 651 AM CDT, Doppler radar and nearby rain gauges indicated
heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is expected
to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5
inches of rain have already fallen with very slow moving
storms.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Pensacola, Ferry Pass, Brent, West Pensacola, Ensley,
Warrington, Goulding, Brownsville and Olive.
