* WHERE…North Fork Whetstone River near Milbank.

* WHEN…Until further notice.

* IMPACTS…At 1056.0 feet, significant agricultural flooding begins.
At 1060.0 feet, water reaches the bottom of the bridges on 145th
Street and 480th Avenue.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 1:15 AM CDT Friday the stage was 1058.1 feet.
– Recent Activity…The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 1:15 AM CDT Friday was 1058.1 feet. Recent trends
show the river appears to have crested.
