Cedar River at Charles City affecting Floyd County.

* WHAT…Flooding is possible.

* WHERE…Cedar River at Charles City.

* WHEN…From Saturday morning to early Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS…At 12.0 feet, Barricading of streets begins, and the
intersection of Riverside and North Illinois Streets may be
flooded. Cable pedestrian bridge is closed.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 8:30 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 5.6 feet.
– Forecast…Flood stage may be reached late Saturday morning.
– Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
