– At 831 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Moultrie, Norman Park, Riverside, Schley, Funston, Ellenton,
Pineboro, Spence Airport, South Moultrie, Cool Spring, Reed
Bingham State Park, Center Hill, Flat Ford and Bay.

IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of east central Emmons County.
