Flood Advisory issued June 28 at 8:51AM CDT until June 28 at 12:00PM CDT by NWS Tulsa OK

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE…Portions of east central and northeast Oklahoma, including
the following counties, in east central Oklahoma, Cherokee. In
northeast Oklahoma, Mayes, Rogers and Wagoner.

* WHEN…Until noon CDT.

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 851 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area.
– Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 2 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.
