Trinity River at Riverside affecting Polk, San Jacinto, Trinity
and Walker Counties.

Trinity River at Liberty affecting Liberty County.

Trinity River near Moss Bluff affecting Liberty and Chambers
Counties.

For the Trinity River…including Crockett, Riverside, Romayor,
Goodrich, Moss Bluff, Liberty…Major flooding is forecast.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Trinity River at Riverside.

* WHEN…Until tomorrow morning.

* IMPACTS…At 133.5 feet, Minor lowland flooding begins in the
vicinity of the gage with water in the Green Rich Shores
subdivision. Backwater flooding up Wright’s Creek impacts
Plantation Drive in the Deep River Plantation subdivision.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 8:30 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 133.8 feet.
– Bankfull stage is 132.0 feet.
– Recent Activity…The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 8:30 AM CDT Saturday was 135.0 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to fall below flood stage
this evening and continue falling to 130.0 feet Wednesday
evening.
– Flood stage is 133.5 feet.
– Flood History…This crest compares to a previous crest of
133.7 feet on 03/10/2018.
