Flood Advisory issued June 29 at 9:10AM CDT until June 29 at 12:15PM CDT by NWS Kansas City/Pleasant Hill MO

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE…A portion of northeast Kansas, including the following
county, Doniphan.

* WHEN…Until 1215 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 910 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain
have fallen.
– Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.
– Some locations that will experience flooding include…
Highland, Troy, White Cloud, Denton, Severance, Leona,
Fanning, Bendena and Iowa Point.
