Big Sioux River near Bruce affecting Brookings County.

* WHAT…Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE…Big Sioux River near Brookings.

* WHEN…From Monday morning to early Saturday afternoon.

* IMPACTS…At 10.5 feet, 473rd Avenue north of the gauge begins to
flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 7:45 PM CDT Sunday the stage was 8.2 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage
tomorrow morning to a crest around 10.4 feet early Tuesday
afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage early Friday
afternoon.
– Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
