roads north of Collinsville become impassable.

– At 7:30 AM CDT Monday the stage was 23.8 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage
late this afternoon to a crest of 28.0 feet tomorrow morning.
It will then fall below flood stage early Wednesday morning.
– Flood stage is 26.0 feet.
