Florida State Watch Office Morning Situation Report EOC Activation Level:  Level 2 Meteorological Summary: Coastal showers and thunderstorms will continue to move onshore throughout the morning hours as the typical summertime thunderstorm pattern develops throughout the day. Scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms can be expected to develop throughout the afternoon and evening hours along the sea breeze (60-80% chance of rain). Locally embedded strong to severe thunderstorms  will be possible during the peak heating hours of the day, bringing frequent lightning, damaging wind gusts, small hail and heavy downpours. Intense rainfall rates and slow-moving thunderstorms could lead to instances
