* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE…The following counties, in central Ohio, Fayette. In south
central Ohio, Highland, Pike and Ross.

* WHEN…Until 1100 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 800 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of
rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1
inch are possible.
– Some locations that may experience flooding include…
Chillicothe, Hillsboro, Greenfield, Leesburg, Marshall,
Bainbridge, Cynthiana, Kincaid Springs, Pike Lake, Highland
Holiday, Rocky Fork Point, North Folk Village, Good Hope,
Frankfort, Clarksburg, South Salem, Sinking Spring, Paint
Creek State Park, Lattaville and Bourneville.
