counties, Baltimore and Harford.
* WHEN…Until 245 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS…Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. It
will take several hours for all the water from these storms to
work through local drainage systems in urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 1124 PM EDT, emergency management reported flooding in the
warned area. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen.
– Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
