Flood Warning issued June 30 at 11:28PM EDT until July 1 at 2:45AM EDT by NWS Baltimore MD/Washington DC

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE…A portion of northern Maryland, including the following
county, Harford.

* WHEN…Until 245 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS…Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. It
will take several hours for all the water from these storms to
work through local drainage systems in urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 1126 PM EDT, the public reported heavy rain in the warned
area due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring.
Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen.
– Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
