* IMPACTS…Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. It
will take several hours for all the water from these storms to
work through local drainage systems in urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 1126 PM EDT, the public reported heavy rain in the warned
area due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring.
Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen.
– Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
