* IMPACTS…At 18.0 feet, MINOR FLOOD. Elm St between 14th and 15th
Ave N is closed (Fargo). Storm sewer pump stations are beginning
to operate (Fargo).

– At 7:15 PM CDT Monday the stage was 17.9 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to rise above flood stage
this evening to a crest of 18.5 feet tomorrow evening. It
will then fall below flood stage Thursday afternoon.
