* WHERE…Black River at Black Rock.

* WHEN…Until early Friday afternoon.

* IMPACTS…At 14.0 feet, Minor flooding begins. Farm ground along
east bank begins to flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…
– At 9:00 AM CDT Wednesday the stage was 14.6 feet.
– Forecast…The river is expected to fall below flood stage
Thursday morning and continue falling to 11.7 feet Monday
morning.
– Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
