* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE…Portions of southern New Mexico including the Sacramento
Mountains, the Black Range and Gila Regions, and the lowland
deserts of Southwestern New Mexico.

* WHEN…From noon MDT today through late tonight. The risk of flash
flooding in the lowlands of southwestern New Mexico will mainly be
in the evening.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
